Morning stack:
Why I love it:
Not a crazy amount of sodium (I don't sweat THAT much) and its tasty. Electrolytes are good for:
- Fluid balance in body = muscles and heart works properly.
- Prevents muscle cramps
- Helps your brain and nerves work properly
I take 1-2 scoops daily depending on how active I am.
Creatine monohydrate - pink lemonade
Why I love it:
You can go unflavored but when I am looking for something to sip on in the afternoon its nice to have an ice cold pink lemonade. The flavor helps me consume more liquids throughout the day too - which is good.
- Helps increase strength and power output
- Muscle retention
- May support brain function (increase synapse activity)
No need to load or cycle on and off. Just take 5 grams a day everyday. The ONLY people at risk are those with pre-existing kidney conditions. Besides that creatine monohydrate is safe.
Why I love it:
The benefits are excellent. No other reason.
- Increases muscular endurance
Note that it takes about 20 weeks of consistent supplementation to reach its full benefits. I take 2 scoops a day.

Here are my favorite products from Xendurance.com
Why I love it:
I didn't believe the hype about this product until I finally tried it in ~2017. It promised to increase muscular endurance and they said: do Karen (150 wall balls for time) take the product as recommended for a week and do Karen again.
I didn't do Karen but I did a workout with a ton of wall balls in it.
After a week I rolled my eyes and jumped in it again.
I was used to feeling the burn around rep 20 and it wasn't there...
I was dumbfounded.
I still didn't believe it so I had two of my friends try it.
A week later they were dumbfounded.
Been taking it ever since then.
Why I love it:
To be honest after getting blood work done I was told to make sure I supplement with Omega and some D3.
I know Omega is supposed to be good for inflammation and D3 is important for a lot of basic human functions. I don't feel any different but I know its good for me so I take it.
