ROLO Training - October 23rd

Wednesday (Rest day)

 I like to recover with cute puppies!

Full workout!

Rest day - 90 minutes of low intensity work.

*I'll be hiking with my dog in the morning :D!

Mid week thoughts!

This weeks training has been going well and I have been more mindful of my nutrition. I notice when I under eat I get very irritable and have a tough time focusing on my work. My goal is to nail down my nutrition so I can focus more throughout the day!
