ROLO Training - October 16th
Wednesday (Rest day)
Full workout: (Rest day)
Hiking, swimming, biking. Nothing more than 90 minutes.
Rest day plan:
Sleep in, have a big breakfast, go for a walk/training time with my dog, stretch, make a Youtube video, read, and end the day with a nice bath. (Coach soak)
What's up guys! I share practically everything with you guys so this will be no different! I've been feeling a little beat down lately. I'm putting everything I got into Roloathletics and I know everything takes time but its just mentally a tough spot recently.
I'm sure some of you think from my Instagram/Youtube/etc... that everything is fine and dandy! Which for the most part everything is going well but it is a slow grind and it is hard.
We all have doubts and I am no different. I doubt myself often. Am I doing the right thing? Can I do more? Was this a good decision? Will it work?
I decided to share this because maybe it'll help maybe even 1 person realize that whatever you want to do, just go for it. Doubts are normal! I've had the pleasure of sitting down with a few very successful people and they tell me that they still have doubts.
I know I will get through this rut! It is what it is and I will do everything in my power to make choices that'll help me get back 100%!
