ROLO Training - October 13th
Hey team, Sunday is my totally off day. I try to relax and reset for the week. I catch up on any work I'm behind on, make videos for the week, and just hang out.
Sometimes if I get really bored I'll go to the gym and mobilize/stretch/move around, but never anything crazy.
What would you like to see on 20.2?
