ROLO Training - January 2nd


Sorry for not posting anything guys! Like I said before this blog is exactly what Im doing so... that means if I dont post, its because Im not training that day. The last 2 weeks I have missed a ton of training due to travel and being sick! (Im finally feeling better). We should be back to normal training Tuesday!

    Looking for a blog post on the girl who got muscle up in a year. I do t have a strict pull up and really want to advance and gain arm muscle and of course be able to do muscle up.
