Hey guys! I have to make some stuff up from last week that I missed. With that being said if you typially skip team training on Saturdays today is a good day to make it up!

Part 1:
4 rounds:
20 cal ski
1 min plank
1 min sorenson hold
1 min rest


Part 2:
5-4-3-2-1
Legless Rope climbs
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders


Part 3:
50ft Handstand walk
20 sandbag push press
200 meter sandbag run
50 ft Handstand walk
20 burpees over sandbag
200 meter sandbag run
50ft Handstand walk
20 sandbag push press
