*increasing to a 1RH
Push Press 5x3, rest 1 min between sets

15 min AMRAP
1 squat clean & jerk @65% of 1RH
2 chest to bar pull up
2 sq cl & j
4 c2b pull up
3/6, 4/8, 5/10... continue along this pattern

20 secs on 40 sec off x 15 mins - max effort cal bike
then
6 rounds of 15 push ups and 25 v-ups

deadlift, 5-5-5-5-5
superset with 10 db kickbacks/arm

2 rounds for time
30 ring dips
30 deadlift @135#

30 sec on 90 secs rest x 6 rounds - max reps strict pull ups
weighted step up, 8-8-8-8-8/leg, increasing to moderate #  (no maxing out)

superset with 1 min plank hold
