ST: Back Squat
5x5 all at same weight - rest 2 mins btwn sets

CO: 4 RFT
20 pull up
30 wall ball
50 (unbroken) double unders

*if you cannot perform 50 unbrkn dubs, scale to number which you can or just forego the "unbroken" and get it done.
