18 May: I don't know how we are going to do Murph without a pull up bar
I am assuming that you, like me, are working with minimal equipment - because that is what I am putting out while we are still not back at gyms.
Regardless, we can work similar muscles and/or movement patterns.
Here is something to help you get ready for Murph.
For Time:
4 rounds of :
5 bent over row/arm
10 push up
15 air squat
3 rounds of:
10 bent over row per arm
15 push ups
20 air squat
2 rounds of:
15 bent over row/arm
20 HRPU push ups
25 air squat
*if you have a place for pull ups, sub the bent over row
