8 Sep: Clean work and an increasingly heavy metcon

a) squat clean
work up to 1RH
then, 3 sets, max reps back squats at 1RH clean #
*rest 3 mins between sets

b) 20 min AMRAP
10 hang power clean
10 front squat
10 C2B pull up
10 cal bike

rx: 135/95
add 10lbs every round, no use of racks permitted
