a) Front Squat
[5 reps E2MOM @75% 1RM] x10 rounds
*this may get tough toward the end, reduce weight accordingly, don't miss any sets

b) For time
5 rounds of:
3 hang squat clean and 1 leg-less rope climb*
immediately into
5 rounds of:
3 power clean and 1 rope climb

*rx is 135/95#, 15ft rope (no jumping allowed for men, women can jump)
if you do not have a rope:
5 strict C2B per 1 leg-less rope climb
5 kipping C2B per 1 regular rope climb
