30 July: Snatch technique and some unbroken action

a) Snatch Work
EMOM x 10 min
1 p snatch + 1 hp snatch + 1 snatch balance (any #)
EMOM x 10 min
1 squat snatch + 1 hang squat snatch
EMOM x 5 min
3 snatch high pull @110% of 1RM snatch

b) 5 RFT
20 unbroken wall ball 20/14#
15 unbroken pull up
10 unbroken deadlift 185/125#

* each exercise must be unbroken for it to count, otherwise start over
* if you cannot do 15 unbroken pull ups, do 20 total reps (but it ain't rx, sorry)
