5 perfect lunge/side
15 HRPU
15 burpee
pigeon stretch x 1min/side
15 hang squat clean
15 strict press
15 push press
front rack stretch x 45sec/side
15 band pull apart
15 standing high pull
15 pull up

b) Clean and Jerk
12 mins to find heavy single

c) 15 min AMRAP
1 clean & jerk @65% or 1RH (from previous segment)
5 wall ball 20/14#
2 clean and jerk
10 wall ball
3/15, 4/20, 5/25 ... continue along this pattern
