28 July: Rowing Technique and some S2O action

a) Endurance / Technique
start at 12 SPM
increase by 2 strokes EMOM until you can no longer maintain the given pace
start over at 12 SPM, continue along this pattern until you reach 3k meters

b) For Time
21-15-9
HSPU and TTB 

21-15-9
Push Press 115/75
and KTE

*go immediately from end of TTB into S2O, no use of racks permitted
