18 mins to find heaviest

b) front squat
4 rounds, max unbroken reps @110% heaviest clean complex #
rest no more than 3 mins between sets
use rack

c) 6 rounds for time
50 double unders
15 pull up
12 burpee over bar
9 squat clean @ 85% of heaviest complex weight
