a) 4 rounds NFT:
15 band pull apart
15 good morning
15 ground swimmers (2ct)
15 russian twist/side
30 sec active squat hold

b) For Time:
70 sit ups
30 double unders
70 hang squat cleans
30 double unders
70 Hang to OH
30 double unders
70 KB SDHP
30 double unders

concurrently:
death by burpee (reset @min #8)

*death by burpee will work thusly:
min 1: 1 burpee
min 2: 2 burpees
min 3: 3 burpees
after minute 8, reset back to 1 rep and work back up to 8 until all work complete
