3x [15 air squat, 15 ring row w/pause]
couch stretch x 1 min/side
5x [5 hp clean, 5 strict pull up, 10 lunge steps]
shoulder stretch x 1 min/side
10 x 1 power clean, increasing # occasionally

b) E2MOM x 10
1 squat clean + 2 DL + 3 HPC + 4 F.squat
*go heavy early 

c) 10 RFT
5 power clean 135/95
10 wall ball
