22 Oct: Lets mix things up and front load some cardio

a) 2k row for time
with 10 air squats every 250m 

b) back squat
10 mins to find a heavy 3
rest 5 mins, then
max reps back squat @50% of 3RH
*cannot pause for more than 1 sec

c) 6 RFT
5 power snatch 135/95
10 C2B pull up
15 GHD sit up
30 double under
