20 band pull apart
10 scap pull ups
banded alt stretch x 1 min/side
20 bent over barbell row w/pause
20 hang squat clean thruster
10 floor wipers/side
10 burpee box jump over

b) strict press
superset w/5 strict KTE

c) for time: 100ft handstand walk
then, immediately into 6RFT of
10 box jump over 
15 cal row
