frog stretch x 1 min
30 russian twist/side
2 min plank hold
5x [1 press, 2 push press, 3 push jerk, 4 burpees over bar]
*increasing weight

b) Push Jerk
5-5-5-5
Split Jerk
2-2-2-2
*rest as needed, but < 3mins
*go heavy

c) For time
