*any weight you want for first 10 mins, increasing to heavy for 2nd 10 mins

b) for time
40 deadlift
20 pull up
40 hang power clean
20 pull up
40 weighted lunges/leg
20 pull up
40 S2O
20 pull up

rx: 135/95
*no use of racks
*lunges can be front or back rack
