a) squat snatch
work up to heavy single 

b) overhead squat
3-3-3-3
*use of racks permitted

c) 5 rounds for time
3/2 rope climbs 15ft
5 hang squat snatch 115/75
15/12 cal bike

*if you do not have a rope, sub in with 5 strict pull up per 1 rope climb
