1 rep 30 secs x 10 mins - using heavy double #
*use of racks permitted

b) 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of
handstand push up and cal bike

immediately into:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of
KB SDHP and cal bike
rx: 32/24kg
