a) warm up
20 air squat, 15 sumo squats
samson stretch x 1 min/side
30 good morning
30 bent over barbell row
30 band pull apart, while at bottom of squat
30 toes to bar
couch stretch x 1 min/side
20 T push up

b) Back Squat
7 reps E3M x 5 rounds
*your choice, go as heavy as you want but all rounds must be same weight
*choose wisely
*10 mins to find working weight

c) For Time
25 cal row
50 wall ball
25 cal row
75 HR push up
25 cal row
