12 Nov: Strict press, a complex, and some cardio

a) db strict press
10-10-10-10-10/arm
go as heavy as you can

b) 5 rounds
5 deadlift
5 hang power clean
5 push press
5 push jerk
*unbroken reps, same weight all rounds
*no more than 3 min rest between sets

c) 6 rounds for time
3 muscle up
6 box jump overs 30/24"
12 cal bike
*if you cannot MU, do 9 strict pull up + 9 dips
