All this week, you'll see WODs which require little equipment. 
Don't let 'RoRo take all your gains... at least keep your cardio going!


12 min AMRAP
1-2-3-4-5... (continue) reps of
weighted lunges/leg
- 10 sit ups after every round

12 min AMRAP
1-2-3-4-5... (continue) reps of
strict press/arm
- 10 air squat after every round

*rest 4 mins between AMRAPs
*your choice on weight, the heavier the better (as long as you can keep moving)
