04 Jun: Bench day and then two many rounds

a) Warm up
15 burpees
15 air squat
2 rounds of:
-15 cal row (or 20 band pull aparts) and 15 G2O

straddle stretch x 1 min/leg
samson stretch x 1 min/side

3 rounds of:
-10 t-push up
-10 good morning
-10 bent over row

b) Bench Press
5-5-5-5-5
superset with 15 DB pullovers

c) 8 rounds: 2 min work, 1 min rest
10 cals bike (8 cal ladies)
max reps power cleans in remaining time
