03 Jun: Can You Do Heavy Squats?

Don't know if I mentioned this, but the workouts now assume you are back at the gym or have the necessary equipment. Make sure you modify with similar movement patterns.

a) Warm up
2 min plank hold
5 perfect lunges/leg
20-15-10 reps of [wall ball, push up, band pull apart]

fragon stretch x 1 min/side
30 hollow rock
30 backward walking lunges (total)
30 sec weighted squat hold

b) Back Squat
5 reps @60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85%
if you fail, go back to last successful weight and finish the 6 sets there

c) 8 Rounds For Time
200m row
10 barbell thruster
