3x [50 dubs, 30 (2ct) mtn climbers, 20 single arm KBS (total)]
straddle stretch x 1 min/side
3x [10 push up, 10 air squat, 10 walking lunge]
30 supermans
3x [5 power clean, 10 bent over row/arm]
calf stretch x 1 min/side

b) EMOM x 10 mins
odd mins - AMRAP strict pull up*
even mins - rest

c) 4 rounds for time:
20 push up
15 deadlift 225/155
10 burpees over bar

*do the most difficult style push up you can (strict C2B, strict, ring row)
