Everyone is super excited the first time they hit a CrossFit workout Rx, but once you get a taste of it, that’s all most people want to do. In today’s video I explain my reasoning as a CrossFit coach, programmer, and athlete as to why you shouldn’t always be trying to Rx workouts.
