Banded pull-ups have been the gold standard at most gyms. Want to do this workout with 100 pull-ups in it? Cool strap on a band and lets go!

Unfortunately, people looking to get stronger upper bodies rely on them so heavily that they stop progressing. They can fly through banded pul-ups and when the band is gone...poof, they can do 0 pull-ups.
