The PERFECT Only Bodyweight Leg Routine | Functional Leg Exercises
I’m excited to bring you today’s video where I share with you an only bodyweight leg routine that will hit every muscle group. In my opinion, these are some of the best leg exercises with no equipment needed due to them being unilateral (one limb at a time) making this a very functional leg workout. Also due to the focus on less common movements that we may typically perform at a gym when we have weights available. If you are a more experienced individual when it comes to strength training, feel free to add an extra round or two for a little more burn!
