I've been a CrossFit coach for over 5 years now, and during that time I have seen a lot of different styles of CrossFit programs. Even though some people think that CrossFit is just throwing together a bunch of movements and performing them for a random amount of rounds and reps will keep their members fit and ready for anything, this can lead to lots of potential progress being left on the table. Or even worse, lead to injuries if the programmer isn't experienced enough. In this video we cover 5 of the most common CrossFit program mistakes I've seen over the years and have even experienced with my own programming as well. This is a great video for affiliates that make their own CrossFit workouts and want to get their athletes as much results as possible, or a CrossFit beginner that wants to experiment with making their own programming.
