Stretches For UPPER BACK And SHOULDERS | Stretch Routine For Upper Body (Follow Along)

Join along with me as we perform some awesome stretches for upper back and shoulders! Having discomfort in these areas is not fun, which is why I put together this video. Follow along with this stretch routine for upper body muscles groups and let me know how you feel after in the comments!

Here is a upper body stretch routine that will target your chest, front and read delts (shoulders), rhomboids, lats, levator scapula (neck), and traps. I recommend doing these upper back and shoulder stretches after a workout or on a rest day. You can do it before a workout, but I would perform the routine about an hour or two before you workout, in order to allow your muscles and joints to reach back to a normal length and be ready for physical activity.
