Here is a stretch routine for low back and hips that will help alleviate any stiffness, discomfort, or pain you may have in that area.

The low back pain is a problem area for a lot of people and most of those people think that in order to fix it they must stretch out the area. Even though the pain may be coming from the area itself, the hips, glutes, and hamstrings can cause problems with the low back if they are tight. Join me for this follow along stretch routine that will go over 6 static stretches for lower body.

Stretches used in this video were a combination of glute stretches, hip stretches, hamstring stretches, and back stretches. They were:

  • Supinated knee to chest pull
  • Upright lunge
  • Child’s pose
  • Half straddle
  • Pigeon
  • Cobra
