Simple and effective bar muscle up progressions

From my personal experience and working with my athletes, the bar muscle up is much faster to obtain than a ring muscle up. However the bar muscle up is still a complex exercise, so in this video we provide a few simple progressions to help you understand the movement. If you already have a solid amount of strict pull ups, practice these drills and tips every day for a few minutes and one day they will click! Don't get discouraged.
