Post Workout Full Body Stretch Routine | Follow Along
Want to lengthen any tight muscles and help speed up the recovery process, making them less sore? In this video we perform a post workout full body stretch routine that focuses on 6 different stretches, hold each for 90 seconds, and perform 2 rounds of them all. If you are extra tight / sore, you can add another round to make it a 27 minute routine. I would recommend hitting performing a 3-10 minute cool down (walk, jog, bike, row) to help your muscle flush out metabolic waste. From there I would perform these stretches right after your workout, before bed, or on your rest day. If you have any questions on any of the stretches performed in this video, let me know in the comments!
