My favorite Snatch warm-up
I have been doing this Snatch warm up for over 3 years now and have yet to find another that makes me feel as good.
It breaks down the movement so well and really prepares me for the snatch.
If Im feeling extra sore or if I don't feel prepared after performing this I will repeat it 2 or 3 time.
Snatch warm up - 3 of each (2-3 rounds if needed)Romanian deadlifts
