Building out an effective CrossFit program can be very confusing to do, but in this video I show you my template in order to build out a balanced cycle for an affiliate or just for yourself. This template allows me to plan out each day and build out weeks of strength and metcons in advance. If you're a CrossFit beginner, I'd recommend paying close attention to your gyms current programming and workouts for a few weeks and see how they structure things just to get an idea of things you like and don't like. This was you have a basic idea of where you want to start with the focus, cycle length, and overall look of your program.
