There's short workouts that are meant to be a sprint where your heart rate shoots up and your pushing your body to it's limits. On the other end of the spectrum we have long workouts that can take 20 to 60 minutes or more which train your muscular endurance and aerobic conditioning. In this video we tell you how to properly approach and/or scale workouts to receive the intended stimulus the workout is designed to provide.
