Get better at snatches fast!

How I help my athletes understand weightlifting 

Weightlifting is all about positions. If you ever want to lift to your potential you MUST learn positions. Being strong will only get you so far.

When I have my athletes pause in certain position is shows me if they understand and allows me to make changes. This also gives me hints on anything instabilities, weaknesses, and trouble spots.

Last week we did just segmented snatch deadlifts. This week we moved from each position to see if he hit each point every time!
