Whenever I do an "ask me a question" on my Instagram stories, half of them are filled with nutrition related subjects. With that being said I sat down with our gym's nutrition coach Shawna Norton who has helped so many of our athletes with weight loss, build muscle, and fuel their bodies to perform for their CrossFit workouts. In this video we talk about what to eat, pre and post workout meals, macronutrients, and many other topics. Nutrition is literally half the battle in any workout program in maximize your results, however its even more crucial with CrossFit training due to the intense physical activity we put our bodies through.
