Toes to bar tips!

Too often I see athletes who break during their kip.

Having a solid hollow rock and arch are absolutely essential when performing solid, efficient toes to bar. I highly recommend my athletes to practice perfect toes to bar because it has a lot of positive transfer to any other kipping movement.

It all starts with the kip.

If you can perform good kips for only a few reps, then stop and start each time your form starts to break down. Try this out and let me know how it goes!
