At Home CrossFit Workout | CrossFit Dumbbell Workout

Want a butt kicker of a workout with just a set of dumbbells? Look no further! Whether you are a beginner or seasoned CrossFitter, this workout is going to do the trick. In this video we show you a lengthy CrossFit workout that will get you sweaty fast! Look down below for important information and links.


Today's CrossFit WOD (Workout Of The Day):

AMRAP x 25 Minutes

5 Dumbbell clusters

20 Box jumps

5 Dumbbell clusters

10 Burpees

5 Dumbbell thrusters

20 Box step ups

5 Dumbbell thrusters

10 Knee push ups


    AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible, which means you will be working the entire time frame (25 minutes) to try and bust out as many rounds as reps as you can. With that being said, 25 minutes is a long time if you are trying to move the whole time! Start with about 70% effort so you don't blow up at the start, and you are able to keep chipping away at reps. If you do need to rest, take tiny breathers between movements, but try to perform each movement's reps without stopping.


    You want a dumbbell weight that isn't too aggressive, if you only have really light weights, bump up the reps to 10 for the clusters! If you don't have access to a plyo box, jumps/step ups on stairs are a great option as well.
