In this video I show you 30 exercises you can perform at home with zero workout equipment, all you need is a backpack! The movements in this video are categorized by pushing (chest, shoulders and triceps) pulling (back and biceps) Legs (quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves) and full body exercises! There is a wide variety of movements that range from easy to very difficult, and you can make them even more challenging if you add in a slow tempo!

Perform 3-5 sets of 10-20 reps for each exercise, or do a circuit of several rounds for a nice HIIT workout.
