Burpees get your heart rate up, they burn your muscles, and leave you on the floor in a puddle of your own sweat after. That's why they are a great exercises and can/should be used in workout programs, especially if you are training from home and have limited time or resources. In this video we show you 20 different burpee exercises that are all a variations of old faithful. Towards the end you will see me using a box at my gym, but you can use a bench, steps, or any hard sturdy surface.
Even though I take my burpee inspiration from CrossFit, these are great exercises that anyone can benefit from. Whether you want to work on muscular endurance, or build up your cardio with HIIT, try throwing some of these variances into the mix.
