10 Wall balls
10 Toes to bar
10 Cal ski

4 rounds:
10 pull ups
10 ring dips
10 Cal bike

4 rounds:
5 Bar muscle ups
10 Burpee over rower
10 Cal row

*No rest in between workouts.
