Warm-Up- 5 min on each cal machine

Then athlete specific

Followed by 3 rounds
20 Double unders
5 Devils press
5 Toe to bar
5 Wallball
5 Bridge ups

Conditioning:
0-10 min
3 rounds:
10 Devil presses
50 double unders

10-20min
3 rounds:
15 toes to bar
15 wall balls

20-30min
3 rounds:
100ft sled push (Empty sled sprint)
50ft handstand walk

Cool down:
10 min bike 
then 2 min lat, tricep, pec, upper back
foam roll quads, calves
kettlebell hip flexors
