Tomorrow the final workout of 20.5 will be released! We will have officially made it through TWO opens this year! Congrats team! 

Today we are focusing on mobility, self-care, and easy movement. 

Conditioning: EMOM x 20 
1 - 1 min row 
2 - 1 min banded internal rotation stretch (right) 
3 - :30 sec ski + Facedown pass throughs
4 - 1 min banded IR (left) 

Front squat recovery
10 min AMRAP:
10 Sandbag squats
10 Incline DB rows
100ft light sled sprint

Muscle up practice:
Loosen up and stretch your upper body-
We want your shoulders to feel really good for 20.5!

Fun Open prep:
1 min lat stretch each side
1 min Purse stretch each side
2 min Couch stretch each side
2 min Seated straddle
2 min frog stretch
1 min roll out forearms
*Repeat 2 times
