Redo definitely went better. Took a minute and a half off my Diane time and 1:15 off the completion of the 2nd set of 21 deadlifts. Major improvement from 2018. Increased my reps by 4. Now on to the next! @rodricklopez @roloathletics @crossfithumanity #intheopen #20point3 #redo20point3
